RETURNS & EXCHANGES
14Pearls Return Policy We only accept returns for faulty items. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Return does not mean refund, 14Pearls reserves the right to refuse a refund due to no fault, change of mind or incorrect sizing. All request for an exchange will be subject to availability, credit notes may be provided. We will only offer an exchange for clothing if the garments are unused, in perfect resalable condition with all original tags/labels attached.

We do not refund the original shipping fees, unless the product is faulty. Faulty product will receive free delivery.
The sizing chart is a guide only (please allow 1-3cm differences due to manual measurements). It has been provided for each item to provide the customer the best possible opportunity to make an informed decision. Also note all photographs are not 100% to life like in colour. Even though all photographs on this site are taken by professionals in a controlled studio the image colour will never be the same to the naked eye

We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed
What can be returned/ exchanged?
· Return within 14 days from the date of purchase.
· Includes your proof of purchase.
· Items must be unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached.
Note:
When trying on items of clothing, please ensure do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing perfume / or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item.
What can't be returned/ exchanged?
. Any products due to change of mind or incorrect sizing.
· Items on Sale.
· Worn, pinned, damaged caused by wear and tear.
· Products with your perfume, makeup, or deodorant on the merchandise.
· In the interests of hygiene, we have a strict no exchange or refund policy on scarves (hijabs)

How to Request A Return, Exchange or Refund?
For refund requests, kindly send an email to info@14pearls.com.au with your request with your order number.
Note:
If the goods do not reach us within 14 days of receipt, we reserve the right not to process your return. In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact, unworn, undamaged and within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Refusing or Not Accepting to Receive A Shipped Order
Once the order is shipped, the customer is obliged to receive it. If a customer shows no response to a courier company or fail to receive it or refuse receiving the order the parcel will be returned back to 14Pearls.

14Pearls in its turn reserves the right to deduct from the client the following: shipping charges (both ways). After deductions remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.
