  • 14Pearls provides shipping for all orders using Australia Post.
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of receipt of orders once we have received authorisation of payment.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery of orders.
  • Please note that once products have been dispatched to your nominated address they will become the customer’s liability.
  • Once the order is shipped, the customer is obliged to receive it. If a customer shows no response to a courier company or fail to receive it or refuse receiving the order, the parcel will be returned back to 14Pearls. 14Pearls in its turn reserves the right to deduct from the client the following: Shipping charges (both ways). After deductions remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.
  • When returning a product please ensure that you use a traceable delivery method to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. 14Pearls is not responsible for any loss or damaged items in the process of returning to us.
  • All items are sent via Registered post where you will receive a tracking email as soon as we dispatch your parcel. If you wish to have your item Express shipped, please select that option at checkout at an extra cost. If you haven't received a tracking email, be sure to check your Junk mailbox and you'll be able to follow your parcel every step of the way!
